Order Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required creating a contract between you and we RandSGifts.com are as follows:
ØYou place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site.
ØWe will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from RandSGifts.com.
ØAs your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
ØOrder acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
The Non-acceptance could be of one of the following reasons;
ØThe product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
ØOur inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
ØThe identification of a pricing or product description error.
ØYou not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order, provided that you must return your order no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. Any products returned must be in their original packaging, and unused.
In most cases orders placed to your personal specification we are unable to refund or exchange the product. In that case all refunds or exchange will be made at the discretion of company’s management. If you wish to cancel your order prior to the order despatch. A 15% surcharge is deducted from the total amount as an order cancellation charges and money transfer fee.
Please note that you’re right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:
ØGoods made to your specification (for example custom made dresses, curtains, etc.)
ØPerishable goods (for example Flowers, Cakes and Mithai)
When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order within one hour of it being placed. We regret we are unable to do so after this time.
Cancellation of International Orders
Cancellation: You may cancel the order any time. Please note that following cancellation fees will apply:
- $25 if cancelled 36 hours before delivery - total cost of the flowers or fruits if cancelled 36 hours or less before delivery.

RandSGifts.com makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, RandSgifts.com cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value. Complaints about the flowers and cakes and any persihable items should register within an hour of delivery. Any complaints after that will not be considered. Due to hot weather, these items need to be kept in cold temperature.
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of this Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
You confirm that the credit, debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

High Value Transactions
ll high value transactions such as mobile phones and electronics can not be shipped until transaction has been cleared by the bank. It could take up to working days. We also verify each high value transaction by calling the person, if you have provided wrong information, it could delay your delivery and delivery will not be made until correct details will be provided by buyer. For any high value transactions, we may also ask for the proof of address and copy of credit card statement used in that transaction.
Delivery Procedure for International Orders (Outside Pakistan)
Please provide specific instruction how to act if recipient is not home. If we did not receive instructions from you it is up to our driver discretion to: - leave flowers at next door neighbour - leave flowers on the porch - try to redeliver next day
We do not deliver on Sunday and statutory holidays. The order placed for delivery on Sunday will be delivered on Saturday or the following Monday. Orders placed for delivery on holidays will be delivered the next available date.
Substitutions: Due to seasonal nature of flowers and order volume, we reserve the right to substitute with similar product of greater value. Following rules for substitution will apply:
* Flowers In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of greater value.
* For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
* Plants For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of greater value.
* For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
* Specialty Gifts Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of greater value and of similar theme and category
Residential addresses. Please advise the recipient to be present at the time of delivery. If nobody will be available upon delivery, please provide us with instructions how to act in this case. If no person is present to accept flowers at the location, we will leave flowers by the door. No refund or credit will be issued for stolen/non received goods.
If recipient is not available during delivery and company is refusing to accept delivery, we will attempt delivery next possible day. Please note that redelivery charge of $9.99 will apply. Please note that due to perishable nature of flowers and fruits, additional surcharge may be required to redeliver your order on later day.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. In the case where an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will charge additional delivery fee of $9.99 for re-delivery. Due to perishable nature of flowers, failure to provide correct address information within 24 hours after our notification of the incorrect address will result in order cancellation or additional charge for the cost of flowers or fruits if you wish to proceed with delivery. Note: Please verify the information you provide as it allows us to better serve you.
Order information change: All the changes and updates to the order should be done within 1 hour of placing the order.
Please double check all the information in your order. $10 administration fee will apply for any changes and updates requested after this 1 hour period.
